"Japanese Flower Show"
This project was composed for my Graphic Symbolism class. Ive always loved creating collages and this project was my opportunity to create a collage that definitely says something. The red dot in the top left hand corner is to represent the Japanese flag of their country. I have used the same festive Japanese woman throughout the composition. The Japanese woman is used to create more drama to this piece. I tried to use more symmetry in this composition but it was more exciting to look at without much function. I enjoyed looking up and learning about the Japanese culture, but I did not enjoy hunting down high resolution photos at the right size, or having to re-size just about every picture used in this particular piece. Enjoy the view.
